Christian Brothers did maintenance on our heating systems for the main house and casita. Carlos was the technician and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would recommend Carlos, and we will be requesting him in the future.

In October, 2019 my sewer line failed! My son suggested I phone Christian Brothers. The representative came within hours. I was offered all the information I needed including FINANCING! The crew was at my home the next day! From the receptionist who answered the phone, to the representative, to the various crew members I received courteous, skilled and efficient service. A TOP notch company to do business with!!! Plus a warranty on all the work done!

Not a fake review, there's a lot of fake ones here. Called them out to unclog a sink. Cody the tech tells the tenant to call a competitor, as he wouldn't run the line. Sure would have been nice to have heard from the tech, must have been easier to get the tenant to let him off the hook to doing his job. Called dispatch, no help there either. Sure the owner will leave a nice response here, but it did nothing to fix the drain.

I had an issue with my AC last night. The tech (JD) came out within an hour of my call. He was very professional and courteous. What I thought was going to be an expensive repair turned out to be simply a popped breaker... Some companies would have said I needed a new unit. Great service. Very honest. I highly recommend using them!

We recently had a leaky supply line for our sink. Our technician, Glenn, was at my house within an hour. Very polite young man. He gave us options so we could decide what would be the best for our plumbing issues. The supply line was replaced amazingly quick as well as the water pressure reduction valve. I would definitely use Christian Brothers Plumbing again.

Dennis A. was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had an issue with a toilet not flushing properly and also brown water coming out of the faucets and the toilets. Dennis was able to determine that the brown water was due to an issue with my water softener. Ultimately, I had to replace the toilet (strange design that did not allow access to the rim jets for cleaning) and the water softener. Dennis was very informative, courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. I ended up discussing other issues in the house (heating/cooling) with him and he went above and beyond and scheduled a service call for later in the week to have that issue checked for me. I would recommend Christian Brothers and Dennis to anyone.

The technician was so helpful and kind. Carlos came out and was very thorough and patient. He did not rush through the process or rush through the service issues. He explained everything, gave us all of our options and was very considerate of our financial budget. I would definitely recommend this company if all of the employees are as professional and customer oriented as our tech was.

Great customer service from the time I called until my drain was running freely again. The person answering the phone listened to me and was able to give me the information I needed. Dennis was prompt and quickly took care of the kitchen sink clog. He didn't try to make it more than it was and gave me some ideas to help prevent or delay clog formation in the future. I would definitely call them again!

Thomas came out to install my new AC unit. He is the most thorough and conscientious technician I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He takes immense pride in his craft and it is evident from the moment he greeted me at the door. He gave me a detailed explanation of what to expect during the install. He put cones out by his truck on the street, rolled out the red carpet for me at my front door, laid floor protection down at all of his work areas, and wore shoe covers every time he entered my home. After the install was complete he took the time to make sure I understood how to work my thermostat and answer any other questions I may have. Thomas was excellent and Christian Brothers has exceeded my expectations on all fronts, from the front office Customer Service Representatives great communication to the Dispatch Coordinators frequent updates. I can say confidently that Christian Brothers has earned themselves a lifelong customer!

Sorry to say but the experience on 05/07/2019 with Christian Brothers Northwest Valley , in my home, to check the Goodman Heat Pump for Maintenance work , was rather disappointing. Day before I got a call from Christian Brothers, asking if the time could be changed from 9am to 9:30am , I said OK. On the next here is Ernest at 9am but I did get a call before he came as it was told to me. I met Ernest who was rather shy and I showed him where the unit is located, etc. He went up on the roof and it took him 1/2 hour just to check the unit. He checked the temp etc in the house. Then he went to his Van and needed to write what he found. After about 1/2 hour I wondered if he had left, I went outside and there he was sitting in the Van with another employee just laughing and chatting. When the other person seen me come he jumped out of the Van and greeted me. Ernest forgot to turn my A/C off, so I asked if he needed to get something else done, he apologized said he forgot. another 1/2 hour passes and again I went outside and asked if he was ready to tell me what is going in with my unit? Another 10 min. past and finally he came with the paperwork. He gave me 4 options for a condenser motor option 2 in the amount of $1195 for 45 mo.payments. Horrible amount and scribbles , he wanted a hard start kit, no thanks. Unprofessional behavior , in regard to actually explaining anything in detail. I checked on the actual Goodman condenser motor, the item costs about $141 to $145. I looked at me Registration etc for Goodman's services and I found that this item is actually covered by my contract. I even showed this to Ernest who dismissed this, hardly look at it.The insane amount of money for one simple item and then add the repair time to this shouldn't even match up with his crazy amount I was quoted. Ernest came at 9 am didn't leave until 11 am.

Paul W. and Tommie Smith were here to do an annual service check of my air conditioning/furnace. They were very thorough, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves, and left me one very happy customer. Their professionalism far exceeds other service people who have been at my home, and I can highly recommend them to anyone needing any electrical, plumbing, or air conditioning service. I feel grateful that these gentlemen responded to my call for service, and I can't say enough good things about them. I wanted to thank everyone involved for all of their professional service. When two other companies never returned our calls I reached out to Christian Brothers. We had just gotten to our condo in Scottsdale from MA on one of the hottest Days to find out upstairs unit was not working. Paul came very promptly the next morning and fixed everything for us. Walter was very patient and happy to answer all my questions. I felt valued as a client and it was clear that he cared about making sure I understood the inspection results and various options for dealing with issues found. My tech was Paul G. He is a man who knows what he is doing. I REALLY appreciate it when i can see what is going on and have it explained to me as it is being done. I knew Paul would be a good man to do business with, my dogs didn't try to bite him.Animals know. Paul is welcome to my house at any time! He has a GREAT customer service personality even as late in the day as my service call was.

We had a great experience. Mario and Ernest were very professional, informative and easy to talk with. They took great care in keeping their shoe covers on in the house and answered all of our questions. We really didn't know what to expect from a pre-season checkup. The charge was very reasonable and Mario and Ernest explained everything they did, which really helped. Great customer service.

I was quoted $129.00, and never was a higher amount or additional charges mentioned! My credit card was charged $354!! More than twice what I was quoted. We are in dispute, the technician lied about quoting me additional costs! He never said anything about the cost! Dont trust them. And make sure you get quotes in writing, not over the phone! !

Christian Brothers Air Conditioning and Plumbing are always pleasant to talk to on the phone and in person. Their phenomenal plumbing and air conditioner service is 100% legit and they are great at finding the most suitable price package for whatever kind of service that must be completed at one’s home. Jeff was the handy man that came out to replace a faulty and leaky water heater at the house. He was able to replace the damaged water with ease and no trouble. I’m very grateful for Jeff’s and Christian Brothers’ hard work, time, and customer service. :D

I never post anything except positive comments. I made an appointment yesterday at 1700 and the lady was very nice. She said she would try to fit us in last night but would schedule the appointment for sure between 7 and 11. Its now 1302 nothing has happened got a phone call saying were behind, but no time. This has made me a prisoner in my home to there schedule and my wife losing pay at her job. When I called the lady said sorry it must be the rain and transferred the call while I was talking. Dispatch guy said sorry I can call whenever I get something. If I could I would cancel but not sure if I can get someone out today. They better do the best work at a more than fair price to fix this.

Excellent service. We had slab leak. Yikes!! Eric was professional, courteous, and timely.He explained our options, and we knew what was going on every step of the way. He made a stressful situation easy to manage. This type of service is rare these days and we will be life long customers.

Had a faucet replaced behind the toilet. Technician did a good job, but $495!! Unfortunately they caught me when I had to have it done and couldn't take the time to do it myself. I did turn down a bid they made to replace the kitchen faucet for $600. Credit Christian Brothers for capitalizing big on an emergency. Never again. Note the owner's response below does not address the outrageous amount they charge for services. By the way , I completed the Kitchen Faucet replacement today quoted by Christian Brothers at over $600 for $67. As I said, never again.

WE had the pleasure of meeting John, Walter, and Robert from CB. They did excellent work installing a new AC unit at my house, and rejuvenated the breaker box. When they finished the work, they tested everything to making sure all things work accordingly. My husband and I were very impressed with their professional, pleasant, and especially the pride they clearly displayed in their work. Congratulations Christian Brothers for having an excellent team. My best friend had contacted them to fix why her heater wasn’t working; wasn’t turning off when turned on, would just keep running. And knowing of several people that worked here I would think that it would of been better for her. She just had a baby so she was trying to not over heat the house but make sure it was consistent through out. Instead of fixing they told her to just replace the unit because “it’s getting older and will have a higher chance at failing again.” I under stand that old things fail, but in Arizona if a unit is less than 5 years old why in the world would someone have to replace the whole thing? They gave her 2 other options as well but were insanely priced. They say they put the customer back in customer service, but by the looks of this they are scamming people out of money and time. More like they put scam back in scam artists. I told her how sorry I was, and I wish one of the people I know went out there to look at it because they actually CARE about the well being of customers. And I paid for her to have someone else to go and look at it. Comes to find out it was an easy fix with the thermostat and wiring. I even told my friend who works there what happened and he was appalled at how they treated her. If it weren’t for Chris V. being very kind to her and treat her respectfully when I told him about what happened and explained it from a business standpoint, I’m sure she would of written to the BBB to explain what a joke this was.

We have been using Christian Brothers for many years. Today we had a plumbing need so I called this morning and the phone representative was very kind and knowledgeable. Later on dispatch contacted me very good representative also. Good communication skills.Then Jeff arrived to assess and repair our plumbing needs. He was clean and neat and considerate with leaving the house clean as it was. Jeff is a wonderful representative for the company and was very clear in his communication skills.. Great personality.
