These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Christian Brothers AC Plumbing & Electricals’ plumbing, AC, and electrical services. By scheduling or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services Provided

We offer residential plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services. All work is performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws.

  1. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time, but unforeseen delays may occur. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

  1. Estimates & Pricing

We are a flat rate upfront pricing company, and will never do repairs without your consent.

Any estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Final costs may change if additional work is required or conditions differ from those initially described.

  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express
  • Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection action.
  1. Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind our work and may provide limited warranties on parts and labor, as specified in writing at the time of service. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, neglect, or issues caused by unrelated systems.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the service area, accurate information about the issue, and ensuring that pets, valuables, and obstacles are secured prior to service.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of our services.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.
